Why We Did It
We started Peak Steam because we saw a real need for eco-friendly, powerful carpet and upholstery cleaning that’s safe for families, pets, and workplaces across Calgary, Canmore, Cochrane and the Bow Valley. But we also know that life is busy, and calling for a quote or an appointment doesn’t always fit into your day.
That’s why we’ve partnered with House Call Pro to implement our new online booking. This new feature gives you more flexibility to book when it suits you.
How to Use It
Booking with us is super easy:
Head to the Book Online page on the Peak Steam website.
Select the service you need — whether it’s carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, mattress or area rug cleaning
Choose your preferred date and time. Pick a slot that works with your schedule.
Enter your contact details
Submit your booking securely. You’ll then receive confirmation, and we’ll follow up if we require any details.
That’s it! You don’t need to wait for a callback or interrupt your day — booking is open whenever you are.
What to Expect After You Book
Once you’ve scheduled your cleaning online:
You’ll receive a confirmation email and text - letting you know that we have your appointment booked into our calendars
On the day of your service, our team arrives within the booking window that you selected. We’ll send you a note when we are on our way!
As always, you can expect respectful, professional service that treats your home or business like our own — complete with clear communication and thorough results.
